If you find that you are unhappy with any purchase that is made through University Medical Products, for any reason, you may return all bottles to us within 30-days of your purchase, for a refund. We will refund your credit card for the amount of the purchase less shipping and handling. Please call for details.

Auto Ship Orders: Within 30-days of your first order, you may return all bottles to us for a refund. We will refund your credit card for the amount of the purchase less shipping and handling. Orders after your first purchase will not be accepted for a refund.

Note: Orders shipped prior to cancellation will not be eligible for a refund.

Only one refund per name or address. No postal box or group requests. Refund request must be dated within 30 days of purchase. At University Medical Products, we value our customers and stand behind our products. Our customers’ satisfaction is important to us.  However, in the event you are dissatisfied with any of our products, please return to the place of purchase.  This aids in maintaining a correct inventory control.  When returning an item to the store of purchase, please ask to speak with the Manager.  If the Manager refuses to refund your money, please inform them that University Medical Products reimburses the store when the product is returned, back to us by the Retailer.  If the store policy does not allow for refunds, University Medical Products will handle refund request at the Corporate Office on an individual basis.

Customers will be required to follow the below procedures, for refund to be processed.
